The procedure involves penetration of insulated microneedles into the dermis to deliver high-tensioned radiofrequency pulse into the targeted tissue. This results in the body’s own production of elastin and collagen fibres, making skin firmer and healthier.
Our machine – RF combines with the microneedling, so the RF heat is not on the outside layer of the skin, it penetrates much deeper, leaving the top skin layer cool.
The microneedles are driven directly into the skin at a certain depth, and radiofrequency energy is then released inside of the skin. This gives a more uniformed deep tissue warming that will then stimulate the collagen and new collagen fibers are produced. The needle tip contains 25 very small gold needles acting as an internal conductor.
The face is numbed for 40 minutes before starting. The whole face would take approximately 20-30 minutes to do depending on the area and pain threshold. Immediately after the procedure, the face is warm, red and swollen. After 4 days the needle marks will disappear, and your face will start to feel tighter and more lifted.
After a few treatments you will see a noticeable difference, it will help both with wrinkles, skin tightening, rejuvenation, reduce pore size etc.

How it works

• Micro-needling makes the columns for healing in the skin and induces the growth factor in order to derive the mechanism of the natural recovery. Post Treatment Care
Mild redness and swelling may occur a few hours and up to 24 hours after treatment. Massage and excessive sun exposure should be avoided at this time. More aggressive treatments may result in skin flaking as the new skin layer regenerates. Moisturisers and broad spectrum sunscreens are highly recommended during this recovery phase.

What Are the Differences and Advantages between Secret RF Micro needling Device And Other RF Micro needling Devices?
The secret of Secret RF is the perfectly spaced, conductive microneedles, which safely emit high energy radiofrequency waves between the microneedles to target deeper layers of the skin while sparing the skin’s surface. What Is Recommended Before My Treatment?
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths and airbrush tans 1-2 weeks prior. Avoid taking blood thinners (i.e. aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil) for at least 10 days prior.
Taking arnica Montana tablets the day before your treatment and for one week after will help speed recovery.

How Is the RF Micro needling Procedure Performed?
After thoroughly cleansing your skin, we apply a strong topical numbing ointment to the treatment area to make you as comfortable as possible. After 45 minutes of topical numbing, the treatment takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.
RF Micro needling has the potential to create pinpoint bleeding due to the microneedles and the depth of the skin being treated. However, bleeding is minimal and resolves immediately without any additional side effects or required action.
We apply a cool, soothing peptide mask to your skin following the treatment.
An advantage of using RF to heat tissues, as opposed to lasers (which use higher-frequency light waves), is that the lower frequency of RF can safely penetrate to a deeper level, helping to improve skin tone and structure, even lifting tissues. Lasers for the most part work to improve the skin’s surface. Moreover, RF can safely treat more patients with different skin tones without risking permanent discoloration.
